<p>Our Intermediate Program is designed for players who have mastered the basics and are ready to improve their technique, consistency, and overall game.</p><p>The program includes:</p><p>5 coaching sessions per week</p><p>60–90 minute coach-led training sessions</p><p>Stroke refinement and advanced shot techniques</p><p>Footwork, agility, and movement training</p><p>Match-play practice and tactical awareness</p><p>Physical fitness and endurance training</p><p>Shuttlecocks provided by the academy during training</p><p>Individual feedback and performance tracking</p><p>Regular skill assessments</p><p>Guidance to prepare for the next level of training</p><p>Ideal for: Players who want to improve their game, build consistency, and prepare for competitive badminton or progression to the Professional Program.</p>
