Session Communication</span></span></strong></h3><ul><li><p><span style="color:#1c1c1c;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">The coach will share upcoming session details in the respective WhatsApp group at least one day in advance.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#1c1c1c;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Parents are expected to stay updated through the group for all session-related information.</span></span></p></li></ul><hr /><h3><strong><span style="color:#0052cc;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">2. Session Completion Policy</span></span></strong></h3><ul><li><p><span style="color:#1c1c1c;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Any session cancelled by the coach or the academy will be rescheduled and completed, ensuring the full session cycle is delivered.</span></span></p></li></ul><hr /><h3><strong><span style="color:#0052cc;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">3. Student Absence / Rescheduling</span></span></strong></h3><ul><li><p><span style="color:#1c1c1c;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">If a student wishes to cancel or reschedule a session, they must be informed in the respective WhatsApp group at least 3 to 4 days in advance.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#1c1c1c;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">If prior notice is not given, the session will be counted.</span></span></p></li></ul><hr /><h3><strong><span style="color:#0052cc;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">4. Emergency Consideration</span></span></strong></h3><ul><li><p><span style="color:#1c1c1c;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">In cases of genuine emergencies, the academy may consider exceptions.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#1c1c1c;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">However, the parent must inform in the WhatsApp group at least 24 hours before the session.</span></span></p></li><li><p><span style="color:#1c1c1c;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Final approval for such exceptions will be at the academy’s discretion.</span></span></p></li></ul><hr /><h3><strong><span style="color:#0052cc;"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">5.
