Layshala Kathak Sadhana Kendra and Essence The Dance Studio, esteemed institutions situated in the heart of Nagpur's IT Park, India, were established in 2010 by Sarang Upadeo, the Founder & Director. Essence The Dance Studio serves as a distinguished learning center, primarily focusing on the classical Indian dance form, Kathak, while also offering a comprehensive universal Fitness Program, Zumba. The studio presents a versatile array of training programs, encompassing 20 diverse dance styles tailored to students' individual interests. Committed to fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, EIFA aims to provide a conducive environment for dancers to enhance their skills and enjoy a fulfilling learning journey.

Our interactive sessions, facilitated by experienced trainers, focus on the art of Hindustani classical Kathak, culminating in examinations accredited by the Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal University , Mumbai.
