Layshala Kathak Sadhana Kendra and Essence The Dance Studio, esteemed institutions situated in the heart of Nagpur's IT Park, India, were established in 2010 by Sarang Upadeo, the Founder & Director. Essence The Dance Studio serves as a distinguished learning center, primarily focusing on the classical Indian dance form, Kathak, while also offering a comprehensive universal Fitness Program, Zumba. The studio presents a versatile array of training programs, encompassing 20 diverse dance styles tailored to students' individual interests. Committed to fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere, EIFA aims to provide a conducive environment for dancers to enhance their skills and enjoy a fulfilling learning journey.

The dance school caters to students of all proficiency levels, delivering a plethora of classes. With a team of professional instructors deeply dedicated to nurturing each dancer's potential, the studio prioritizes creating an enjoyable and enriching experience. Kathak stands out as a prominent certificate and degree course, meticulously crafted to offer comprehensive training and growth opportunities within a welcoming and encouraging setting for all dance enthusiasts.

Our Institute EIPA features a blend of in-house faculty and esteemed guest teachers on a monthly basis. Embracing modern trends, the studio offers a seamless transition between online and in-studio dance classes, ensuring accessibility and flexibility for students seeking to refine their craft.

We offer a comprehensive range of services including study materials, ghungrus, dance costumes, stage performances, workshops, student participation in competitions, live concerts, mirrored facilities, sound systems, air-conditioned dance studios, and a conducive and healthy environment. Our interactive sessions, facilitated by experienced trainers, focus on the art of Hindustani classical Kathak, culminating in examinations accredited by the Akhil Bhartiya Gandharva Mahavidyalaya Mandal University , Mumbai. Additionally, we excel in choreographing personal events, hosting public events and workshops, organizing competitions, and providing entertainment services.
