We are so sorry we don't have team which plays MDFA U-14 neither do I play U-14. What you can is you either can contact FSI if you stays in Navi Mumbai, football club of Mumbaikars if you stays in Mumbai and India Rush soccer club if you stay in Thane. If not these three you will have to get associated with any club or an academy which have team for MDFA U-14. You need to be regular player to actually play such events
