Objective: Develop passing and shooting skills.
OBJECTIVE: Short, dynamic passing and shooting drills to focus on accuracy, Powere, and ball control.
2. Fitness Session
Objective: Improve endurance, strength, and speed.
Objective: Circuit exercises to keep the heart rate up and work the entire body.
3. Recovery Session
Objective: Enhance morale and team spirit with fun activities.
Focusing: Light training session ,RECOVERY Run
*THURSDAY* 4. Match with Correction Session
Objective: PASSING AND SHOOTING IN SSG
and feedback from the coaches to ensure players learn from their mistakes.
5. Match Day Session
Objective: Putting everything learned into action on matchday.
Task: Prepare for matchday with extra coaching and training to make sure players are ready for the challenge.
